Sightseeing on a Winter’s Day in Copenhagen
November 2011Afternoon Delights in Copenhagen
Rundetarrn/Round Tower
Now that you’re fortified with food and hot drinks, it’s time dash over to the Rundetarrn. Only about a ten minute walk from Rosenborg, this popular spot in Copenhagen is a fun place to explore even on a cold winter day. You can duck out of the wind and wander up winding, white-washed Spiral Walk to the top of the tower, there you can see all of old Copenhagen in her snowy glory.

I don’t like cold weather, and I can’t imagine visiting Denmark in the winter, but I’m glad you introduced the rundetarn. A tower with a ramp instead of steps. That’s my speed.
Making our rounds on the Carnival of Cities. I had never considered Copenhagen for a Girlfriends Getaway! Great post.
Great post. There are so many wonderful attractions, landmarks and fun neighborhoods to visit in Copenhagen.
