As Director of Pet Relations at Fairmont’s Lake Louise Resort, Marcus (his friends call him Marc) has a packed schedule, usually putting in a full day of hiking, playing fetch and napping but he is never too busy to greet two- and four-legged visitors in the front lobby of the hotel.
The two-year-old Labrador Retriever – who wears a tag engraved with his job title – has worked at the Chateau since September 2010.
